This one-day Holotropic Breathwork workshop is open both to those new to the work and to those with previous experience.

The day is structured around two breathing sessions, with participants taking turns in the roles of breather and sitter. The workshop also includes opening and closing circles, mandala drawing and time for integration and reflection throughout the day.

The workshop is facilitated by Brian Crosby, Debbie Byrne and Martha McGuinness.

Schedule:

  • 8:30 am - Arrival and registration

  • 9:15 am - Opening circle

  • 10:00 am - First breathwork session

  • 1:00 pm - Mandala drawing

  • 1:30 pm - Lunch

  • 2:30 pm - Second breathwork session

  • 5:30 pm - Mandala drawing

  • 6:00 pm - Evening meal

  • 7:00 pm - Closing circle

  • 8:30 pm - Workshop ends

What’s Included:

Evening meal, tea, coffee, light snacks and materials for mandala drawing are provided.
Participants are asked to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.

Price

To help keep the work as accessible as possible, three pricing options are offered:

  • Supported price: €175

  • Standard price: €225

  • Supporter price: €275

Choosing the supporter price helps make a supported place available for someone else.

If cost is a barrier, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to find a way.

Group size is limited to 16 participants.

Registration

Registration happens in a few steps:

  1. Complete the registration and medical questionnaire below.

  2. We'll review your form and get back in touch by email, usually within a few days. If the workshop is a good fit, we'll send a payment link to confirm your place.

  3. If you're new to our workshops, we'll also send a link to book a short check-in call before the day; a chance to say hello, hear what's drawing you to the work and answer any questions you have.

The medical questionnaire helps ensure the workshop is safe and appropriate for you. Please answer as openly and honestly as you can. If anything is unclear, feel free to get in touch.

Meet the Facilitators

Certified Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator (GTT). 
Musician & Composer.

Brian Crosby

Brian is a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator, musician and composer based in Wicklow, Ireland.

After discovering Holotropic Breathwork in 2022, he experienced its transformative impact firsthand and went on to complete the Grof Transpersonal Training programme.

Brian has since facilitated workshops in Ireland and across Europe, and is passionate about bringing this powerful work to a wider community in Ireland.

Debbie Byrne

Debbie is a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator and psychotherapist based in Dublin.

A core member of the long-established Irish Holotropic team, she has facilitated workshops in Ireland and across Europe for many years.

Debbie began her Holotropic Breathwork journey in 2002 and is deeply committed to supporting people in processes of healing, recovery and self-discovery.

Martha McGuinness

Close to Certification (GTT). 
Psychotherapist.

Martha is a psychotherapist working in private practice in Dublin.

She began training in Holotropic Breathwork in 2017 and is currently awaiting certification, bringing with her over 15 years of personal experience with the practice.

Martha is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where people can explore, heal and reconnect with themselves through breathwork.

Cancellation Policy

If we need to cancel

Workshops run in all weather conditions unless travel becomes unsafe. In that case, you'll be notified by email the day before, and the workshop will be rescheduled or a full refund offered.

If a facilitator has to cancel through illness or other unforeseen circumstances and cannot be replaced, the workshop will be rescheduled or a full refund offered.

If there are too few participants for the workshop to run, you'll be offered the option to reschedule or take a full refund. This decision will be made no later than 7 days before the workshop.

Travel and accommodation costs are not reimbursed.

If you need to cancel

  • More than 14 days before the workshop: full refund

  • 14 days to 48 hours before: 50% refund

  • Less than 48 hours before: no refund

You can transfer your place to another person up to 48 hours before the workshop, at no additional cost. Transfers are subject to prior approval, as the incoming participant will need to complete the registration and medical questionnaire.

Refunds are not available for non-attendance.
