Terms of service

We try to keep our terms and conditions straightforward. We hope you will agree that what we set out here provides clear guidelines of what you can expect from us and what we, in return, expect from you.

Payment for sessions:

Full payment by bank transfer is required in advance to secure your place, unless otherwise agreed.


Session Cancellation (by us):

Sessions run in all weather conditions unless travel is unsafe. In that case, you will be notified by email the day before and the session will be rescheduled or a full refund will be offered.

If a facilitator needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled or a full refund will be offered.

If there are insufficient participants for a workshop to run, you will be given the option to reschedule to another workshop within 2 years or receive a full refund. This decision will be made no later than 7 days before the workshop.

Any refunds will be processed promptly.

No reimbursement is provided for travel or accommodation costs.

Cancellation (by you) 

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund

  • 14 days to 48 hours before the event: 50% refund

  • Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund

You may transfer your place to another person up to 48 hours in advance of the workshop at no additional cost, subject to our prior approval.

Refunds are not available for non-attendance.

Personal Responsibility and Health Requirements

Participation in a workshop is entirely at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.

Participants agree:

  • to independently assess their physical and mental health suitability

  • to review all contraindications prior to participation

  • to consult a qualified medical or mental health professional if necessary

Privacy Policy:

We collect your details only to manage and communicate with you about this workshop.

Your information will never be shared with a third party or used by us for any purpose other than to support a safe and successful workshop experience.

Your email may be added to our mailing list for future workshop updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing briancrosbyx1@gmail.com with “STOP” in the subject line.

Under data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email above.
