Dublin • 4/5th December 2026
Join us for a One Day Holotropic Breathwork workshop at The Digital Hub in the heart of Dublin City Centre.
The workshop is facilitated by certified Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) facilitators Brian Crosby, Nora McDonnell and an experienced support team, providing a safe, compassionate and professionally supported environment throughout the day.
About Holotropic Breathwork:
Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful substance-free method of self-exploration and personal transformation.
Using breath, music and a safe, supportive setting, it opens access to expanded states of consciousness, allowing deep inner processes to unfold naturally.
All sessions are guided by facilitators trained through the Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) programme—a rigorous, multi-year, in-person training integrating psychology, trauma-informed practice, transpersonal theory, energy-focused bodywork and extensive experiential learning.
No previous experience with Holotropic Breathwork or breathwork is required.
This workshop may be for you if you want to:
Go beyond talk therapy
Move through feeling stuck
Access creativity and inspiration
Navigate a life transition or crisis
Release unresolved past experiences
Explore psychosomatic patterns
Deepen your spiritual path
Integrate psychedelic experiences
What to Expect:
Holotropic Breathwork combines deep, accelerated breathing, evocative music and focused bodywork to facilitate access to expanded states of consciousness.
Participants work in pairs, each experiencing both the roles of breather and sitter over the course of the day. With eyes closed and lying comfortably on a mat, the breather uses their breath and the music to support an inner journey, while the sitter provides a quiet, attentive presence. Experienced facilitators are available throughout to offer support whenever needed.
Each experience unfolds naturally, guided by the individual's own inner healing intelligence, bringing forward what is most relevant for that person's healing and growth.
